COMMUNICATION FROM THE BASEL CONVENTION AND THE ROTTERDAM CONVENTION ON OBSERVER STATUS
The following communication addressed to the Chairperson of the Committee on Trade and Environment (CTE) has been received on 10 November 2011 from the Executive Secretary of the Basel Convention and the Rotterdam Convention concerning observer status in the CTE.
