This Matrix provides background information on trade-related measures pursuant to selected Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs). This revision presents updated information (e.g. membership, decisions and other major development) on MEAs. The Secretariat will continue to update this Matrix in the light of further developments.
The Matrix is divided into six Sections and an Annex.
Section I briefly describes each MEA, providing information on the following:
Web site;
objective of the MEA;
date of Signature/Adoption;
entry into force (Date/Provision);
number of parties to the MEA;
number of WTO Members party to the MEA;
