Addendum
This document has been prepared under the Secretariat's own responsibility and without prejudice to the positions of Members and to their rights and obligations under the WTO.
Under Paragraph 33 of the Doha Ministerial Declaration (DMD), Members are encouraged "that expertise and experience be shared with Members wishing to perform environmental reviews at the national level." A list of environmental Reviews (document WT/CTE/W/245, dated 4 June 2007) was prepared by the Secretariat with a view to facilitate this experience sharing.
