PROPOSED AGENDA

1.     REPORTS BY CHAIRPERSONS OF BODIES ESTABLISHED BY THE TNC

The Chairpersons of the Negotiating Group on Rules (NGR), Committee on Agriculture in Special Session (CoA SS), Council for Trade in Services in Special Session (CTS SS), the Committee on Trade and Development in Special Session (CTD SS) and the Council for TRIPS in Special Session (TRIPS SS) will report to Members on work in their respective areas.

2.     REPORT BY CHAIRPERSON

Following the reports of Negotiating Group Chairpersons, the TNC Chairperson will report.

3.     STATEMENTS BY PARTICIPANTS

TNC Participants are invited to constructively engage in a focused exchange on the current state of play and on how to collectively move forward in light of the December cut-off date.
