With regards to the Decision of the Committee on Customs Valuation on the Valuation of Carrier Media Bearing Software for Data Processing Equipment as set out in section A.4 of document G/VAL/5, Pakistan wishes to inform the Committee that it has been applying paragraph 2 of the Decision A.4 since 1 July 1998.
