NOTIFICATION OF THE TREATMENT OF INTEREST CHARGES

The following communication, dated 15 January 2026, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Pakistan.

Pursuant to the procedures established by the Committee on Customs Valuation set out in section A.3 of document G/VAL/5, Pakistan hereby notifies the Committee that it has been implementing the Decision A.3 on the Treatment of Interest Charges in the Customs Value of Imported Goods since 1 July 1998.
