NOTIFICATION OF THE VALUATION OF CARRIER MEDIA

Nepal hereby notifies the Committee that it does not implement paragraph 2 of the Decision on the Valuation of Carrier Media Bearing Software for Data Processing Equipment.

Nepal's determination of the customs value of imported carrier media bearing data or instructions includes the cost or value of the data or instructions plus the value of the carrier medium.
