NOTIFICATION OF THE VALUATION OF CARRIER MEDIA

The following communication, dated 8 April
2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Nicaragua.

With regard to the Decision of the
Committee on Customs Valuation in Section A.4 of document _G/VAL/5,
Nicaragua wishes to inform the Committee that it does not apply the provisions
of paragraph 2 of the Decision on the Valuation of Carrier Media Bearing
Software for Data-Processing Equipment; as a result, it values these carrier
media and the software that they bear in accordance with paragraph 1 of that
Decision.
