The Kingdom of Cambodia applies paragraph 1 of Decision A.4 through Prakas No. 387 on "Customs Valuation of Imported Goods" issued on 22 May 2008 and Instruction No. 0781/20 on "Customs Valuation and Classification of Computer Software" issued on 19 March 2020.
