OF THE TREATMENT OF INTEREST CHARGES

following submission, dated 14 February 2019, is being circulated at the
request of the delegation of India.

regard to the procedures established by the Committee on Customs Valuation in
Section A.3 of document G/VAL/5, India wishes to inform the Committee that it
has been applying the Decision on the Treatment of Interest Charges in the
Customs Value of Imported Goods since 17 June 1997 by means of suitable
administrative instructions.
