The following submission, dated 26 November 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Ukraine.

Pursuant to the paragraph 2 of Article 22 of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994, the Government of Ukraine is pleased to notify the amendments to the Custom Code of Ukraine in part where it concerns customs valuation.

The abstract of the changed Custom Code of Ukraine[1] (Section III, Chapters 8, 9, 10 with the latest amendments as of 22 August 2024 that will enter into force on 19 April 2025) is attached in English and should be considered as an unofficial translation of the original document.

For the sake of clarity, the track changes from Ukraine's previous provisions that were circulated on 31 October 2022 (_G/VAL/N/1/UKR/3) are shown in the attached document in strike-through and bold.
