The following communication, dated 30 October 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Saint Kitts and Nevis.

In accordance with Article 22 of the Customs Valuation Agreement, attached is a copy of the relevant sections and schedules of The Customs Act 2017 of St. Kitts and Nevis.[1] The sections and schedules therein will bring the valuation of goods in line with the provisions of the Valuation Agreement.
