NOTIFICATION BY THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Addendum

The following communication, received on 2 July 2025, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the Russian Federation, on behalf of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), for the circulation to the WTO Members.

With reference to paragraph 4(a) of the Decision of 28 November 1979 on Differential and More Favourable Treatment, Reciprocity and Fuller Participation of Developing Countries (L/4903) and the General Council Decision of 14 December 2010 on the Transparency Mechanism for Preferential Trade Agreements (WT/L/806), the Russian Federation notifies the amendments to the Lists of Developing and Least Developed Beneficiary Countries of the Eurasian Economic Union's Common System of Tariff Preferences, adopted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 130 of 27 November 2009.

The amendments have been adopted by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 24 of 14 May 2025 and will enter into force after the transitional periods specified therein.
