The
AfCFTA Agreement is the treaty establishing the African Continental Free
Trade Area and providing for Protocols on Trade in Goods, Trade in Services,
Rules and Procedures on the Settlement of Disputes, Investment, Intellectual
Property Rights, Competition Policy, Digital Trade, and Women and Youth in
Trade.
