AAP.CE 36.31 (Articles 7 and 8 of the TM80)

Additional Protocol No. 31 to Partial Scope Economic Complementarity Agreement No. 36 (AAP.CE 36.31) amends Article 19 of AAP.CE 36.31 on the drawback regime, which provides that, as of 1 January 2025, products manufactured with inputs imported temporarily or under the drawback regime will not benefit from the liberalization programme under AAP.CE 36.31.
