AAP.CE 36.30 (Articles 7 and 8 of the TM80)

Additional Protocol No. 30 to Partial Scope Economic Complementarity Agreement No. 36 (AAP.CE 36.30) provides that digital-format certificates of origin and documents related thereto shall have the same legal validity and same force as such documents in paper format, and sets out the relevant requirements.
