AAP.CE 35.68 (Articles 7 and 8 of the TM80)

Additional Protocol No. 68 to Partial Scope Economic Complementarity Agreement No. 35 (AAP.CE 35.68) replaces Article 3(12) of AAP.CE 35.68, providing that, for goods in Appendix 2, Chile grants Paraguay a differentiated regime of origin until 31 December 2038.
