Brief description of changes:

AAP.CE 35.67 (Articles 7 and 8 of the TM80)

Additional Protocol No. 67 to Partial Scope Economic Complementarity Agreement No. 35 (AAP.CE 35.67) replaces Article 31 of AAP.CE 35.67 on the drawback regime, providing that, as of 1 January 2031, products manufactured with inputs imported temporarily or under the drawback regime will not benefit from the liberalization programme under AAP.CE 35.67.
