Additional Protocol No. 219 to Partial Scope Economic Complementarity Agreement No. 18 (AAP.CE 18.219) incorporates, into AAP.CE 18.219, Decision No. 06/23 on the MERCOSUR Regime of Origin, establishing maximum values of non-originating materials for the application of the origin requirements of items listed in Appendix II to Decision No. 05/23.
