AAP.CE 18.190 Appendix 77 (Articles 7 and 8 of the TM80)

Appendix 77 to Additional Protocol No. 190 to Partial Scope Economic Complementarity Agreement No. 18 (AAP.CE 18.190 Appendix 77) incorporates, into AAP.CE 18.190, MERCOSUR Trade Commission Directive No. 98/23 on specific tariff measures based on supply considerations, under which the Argentine Republic is granted a reduced tariff rate of 2% for subheading 2833.11.10, for a quota of 120,000 tonnes, for a period of 365 days.
