AAP.CE 18.190 Appendix 76 (Articles 7 and 8 of the TM80)

Appendix 76 to Additional Protocol No. 190 to Partial Scope Economic Complementarity Agreement No. 18 (AAP.CE 18.190 Appendix 76) incorporates, into AAP.CE 18.190, MERCOSUR Trade Commission Directive No. 97/23 on specific tariff measures based on supply considerations, under which the Argentine Republic is granted a reduced tariff rate of 2% for subheading 2933.71.00, for a quota of 300 tonnes, for a period of 180 days.
