Relevant regulations relating to the PTA have been submitted to the Secretariat. Tariff data have also been submitted. Trade data including preferential imports for 2023 have also been received. The Secretariat has contacted relevant agencies to clarify some data received on preferential imports.

The Secretariat has nearly completed the process of drafting the factual presentation based on the data available. The factual presentation will shortly be sent to the delegation of India for comments.
