All relevant and up-to-date regulations relating to the PTA have been submitted to the Secretariat in a WTO language. Tariff data have also been submitted, however, the latest import data are awaited. The Secretariat has contacted relevant agencies to clarify some data received on preferential imports, which will help initiate the drafting of the factual presentation.
