be informed that the Decision on the "Template for Notifying Changes to an
Existing Regional Trade Agreement" has been inadvertently circulated
twice, as document S/L/418 on 15 October 2018 and as document S/L/419
on 9 November 2018. Document S/L/419 should therefore be considered null and
void.
