NOTIFICATION OF REGIONAL TRADE AGREEMENT

The following communication, dated 12 June 2017, received from the delegation of Uruguay on

behalf of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay and Uruguay, members of LAIA, is being

circulated for Members' information.

"The above-mentioned LAIA member countries present a Notification in the format of the common

model for notifications (WT/COMTD/63), to the Central Registry of Notifications of the WTO. The

document is entitled Notifications to the WTO of Instruments concluded under the 'Enabling

Clause' Paragraph 4 (A); Agreements concluded by LAIA member countries under the 1980

Montevideo Treaty (TM80); Period 01/01/2016 - 31/12/2016."
