Communication from the secretariat

In accordance with the certification procedure initiated in document S/C/W/367, dated 8 April 2016, concerning the Schedule of Commitments of Brazil in Financial Services, and since the Secretariat has received no objections within 45 days as stipulated in the procedures contained in document S/L/84, this certification procedure is hereby deemed concluded. The draft Schedule attached to document S/C/W/367/Add.1 replaces the Financial Services section contained in pages 15 to 20 of Brazil's Schedule of specific commitments (GATS/SC/13) as of 23 May 2016.
