NOTIFICATION UNDER DECISION A.4 CONCERNING THE INTERPRETATION OF THE AGREEMENT ON IMPLEMENTATIONOF ARTICLE VII OF THE GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFFS AND TRADE 1994

The following communication, dated 29 October 2012, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Uruguay.

De conformidad con la Decisión A.4 adoptada por el Comité de Valoración en Aduana sobre la Valoración de los Soportes Informáticos con Software para Equipos de Proceso de Datos, contenida en el documento G/VAL/5, el Gobierno de Uruguay desea notificar que dicha Decisión es aplicada desde el 12 de septiembre de 1996.
La Decisión mencionada se encuentra contenida en Orden del Día 82/96 del 2 de septiembre de 1996, la cual establece lo siguiente:1
