following communication, dated 25 November 2025, is being circulated at the
request of the delegation of Zambia.

notification dated 30 September 2022 (_G/TFA/N/ZMB/1/Add.2),
Zambia hereby submits a request for an extension of its definitive implementation
dates for the following provisions based on Article 17 of the Trade
Facilitation Agreement (_WT/L/931).
