2._ During the period under review, the Committee on Trade Facilitation (CTF) held three formal meetings: on 12‑13 March 2025 (_G/TFA/M/31); on 4-5 June 2025 (_G/TFA/M/32); and on 1‑3 December 2025 (_G/TFA/M/33[2]). The CTF also held one informal meeting on 10 July 2025 (_JOB/TF/251).
3._ Mr Edem KOSSI (Togo) was elected Chairperson of the Committee for the year 2025‑2026 on 2 June 2025.
4._ During the period under review, the work of the CTF focused on: (i) matters relating to the implementation and administration of the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA); (ii) experience sharing/thematic discussions; (iii) a document on good practices and building blocks of successful NTFCs; (iv) trade concerns regarding the customs practices of Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Thailand; (v) a dedicated session on transit issues of landlocked country Members; (vi) a dedicated session on technical assistance and capacity building; (vii) discussion regarding the review of the TFA in 2026; and (viii) the work of the Trade Facilitation Agreement Facility (TFAF).
[1] This report covers the period since the last meeting in 2024 (22‑24 October 2024) through the 2025 autumn meeting which took place from 1-3 December 2025. With regard to notifications, this report covers the period through 17 November 2025, which is the date the agenda closed for the autumn meeting and which includes all notifications circulated for that meeting.
