TRADE FACILITATION AGREEMENT DEFINITIVE IMPLEMENTATION DATES

The following is a listing of the provisions of the Trade Facilitation Agreement that are scheduled for implementation for each Member over the upcoming two-year period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027.[1] This document has no legal status and serves only to assist Members to keep track of their deadlines. As this information may be updated to reflect new notifications received and to account for decisions of the Committee, an online version with up-to-date information can also be consulted on this page:

In line with the provisions of the Trade Facilitation Agreement, Article 17 outlines the process for requesting extensions of implementation deadlines. Specifically, developing Members may submit notifications for extensions of implementation dates no later than 120 days before the scheduled implementation date, whereas least-developed country (LDC) Members must submit such notifications no later than 90 days before the scheduled implementation date.
