Hong Kong, China hereby makes the following notification in accordance with Articles 1:4, 10:4:3, 10:6:2 and 12:2:2 of the Agreement on Trade Facilitation (_WT/L/931). This revised notification replaces Hong Kong, China's notification dated 7 October 2022 (_G/TFA/N/HKG/1/Rev.3). For ease of reference, changes are marked in bold.

Subparagraph 1.1(b): Hong Kong, China does not levy any tariff on importation or exportation of goods. Hong Kong, China only levies excise duties on four types of products (namely, liquor, tobacco, hydrocarbon oil and methyl alcohol). There is no differential treatment on the excise duties levied on imported and local manufactured dutiable commodities.

Hong Kong, China is implementing the Trade Single Window in three phases to provide a one-stop electronic platform for the trade to submit Business-to-Government documents for trade declaration and customs clearance purposes. Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Trade Single Window, launched in December 2018 and May 2023 respectively and fully implemented in December 2023, covers 42 types of trade documents in total.  Phase 3, the final and most complex phase, is targeted to be rolled out by batches from 2026 onwards.
