The
following communication, dated 17 October 2024, is being circulated at the
request of the delegation of Qatar.

hereby makes the following notifications based on articles 1.4, 10.4.3, 10.6.2
and 12.2.2 of the Agreement on Trade Facilitation (_WT/L/931).
Article 1, paragraph 4
(a) The

1.1(a) procedures for importation, exportation,
and transit (including port, airport, and other entry-point procedures), and
required forms and documents;

Article 10, paragraph 4.3
One
window has been built for an electronic customs clearance system (Al-Nadeeb: النديب | Al Nadeeb (ecustoms.gov.qa)) for Qatari customs
in 2011. This system processes custom clearance procedures for goods
electronically and fulfils all procedures related to imports and exports.
Article 10, paragraph 6.2
The systematization of custom brokers was
regulated in alignment with the decision of the President of the General of
Authority of Customs No. 7 of 2016 and its amendments regarding the terms and
conditions for practicing the customs clearance system. This decision was
published and announced on the website of the General Authority of Customs: https://www.customs.gov.qa
