INFORMATION MEETING BY THE MC14 CAMEROONIAN TASK FORCE
ON LOGISTICAL
ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE FOURTEENTH MINISTERIAL CONFERENCE (MC14)
Please find below a
communication from the Cameroonian Task Force for the Fourteenth
Ministerial Conference.

The WTO
Secretariat and the MC14 Cameroonian Task Force will hold an information
meeting on Monday, 15 December 2025, concerning the logistical
arrangements for the Fourteenth Ministerial Conference (MC14) in Yaoundé,
Cameroon.
The
information meeting will be held at the Centre William Rappard, in Room CR, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Representatives
from the MC14 Cameroonian Task Force and the WTO Secretariat will brief
delegations on the logistical preparations for MC14 and answer questions from
delegations.
In
case of further enquiries concerning the logistics for the Ministerial
Conference, delegations may consult the representatives of the MC14 Cameroonian
Task Force on Monday, 15 December from
2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Tuesday, 16 December from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and
from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. These consultations will take place in Room 2011.

interested in arranging a bilateral consultation are kindly asked to contact
the CTNC Division by e-mail to monica.girodet@wto.org to schedule an appointment.
An information
session on substantive issues including WTO Reform will take place at the level
of Senior Officials in the afternoon of Monday, 15 December. Further
information concerning this session will be sent in due course.
