NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
I have the honour to inform you that the following
Members have accepted the Protocol Amending the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing
the World Trade Organization, done at Geneva on 17 June 2022
(the "Protocol"):

In accordance with its paragraph 4, the Protocol shall enter into
force for the Members indicated above upon acceptance of the Protocol by
two thirds of the Members.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of the
Protocol, Annex 1A to the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade
Organization shall, upon entry into force of the Protocol, be amended by the
insertion of the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies, as set out in the Annex to
the Protocol, to be placed after the Agreement on Subsidies
and Countervailing Measures.
This notification is furnished in
accordance with paragraph 5 of the Protocol.
