TRANSMISSION OF CERTIFIED TRUE COPY

Corrigendum

        In document WT/Let/1739 dated 16 April 2025, I furnished a certified true copy of modifications by Japan to page 3/4 of Annex 3 to Appendix I, effective 11 April 2025.

This corrigendum rectifies a clerical error by the Secretariat in document WT/Let/1739. This error concerns the omission of a word in the name of an entity. As reflected in the corrected pages attached to this corrigendum, the entry for entity 2.36 on page 3/4 of Annex 3 to Appendix I of Japan should read "2.36. National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology". The inclusion of this entity was previously certified in document WT/Let/1600 dated 19 January 2023. In addition, this corrigendum is unrelated to the proposed modification notified in document GPA/MOD/JPN/107 dated 25 February 2025, which was certified in document WT/Let/1739. The clerical error has also been rectified in document GPA/MOD/JPN/107 through document GPA/MOD/JPN/107/Corr.1.
