AS AMENDED BY THE PROTOCOL DONE AT GENEVA ON 30 MARCH 2012

CERTIFICATION OF MODIFICATIONS TO APPENDIX I – UKRAINE

TRANSMISSION OF CERTIFIED TRUE COPY

        Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article XIX of the Agreement on Government Procurement as amended by the Protocol Amending the Agreement on Government Procurement, done at Geneva on 30 March 2012 (the "Agreement"), modifications to page 2/4, page 3/4, and page 4/4 of Annex 1 of Appendix I, page 2/2 of Annex 2 of Appendix I, and page 2/3 of Annex 3 of Appendix I concerning Ukraine were notified to the Committee on Government Procurement in document GPA/MOD/UKR/9 on 10 June 2025. As no objections to the proposed modifications were received within forty-five days from the date of issue of the above-mentioned document, it is hereby certified that these modifications became effective as of 25 July 2025.

        The attached pages 1/4 to 4/4 of Annex 1 to Appendix I, pages 1/2 to 2/2 of Annex 2 to Appendix I, and pages 1/3 to 3/3 of Annex 3 of Appendix I replace the corresponding pages in the loose-leaf system of Appendices to the Agreement.

        In accordance with paragraph 17 of Article XXII of the Agreement, I hereby furnish a certified true copy of the above-mentioned modifications to each Member of the World Trade Organization. This certification shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.
