3.1.  The Co-convenors will introduce a draft annotated outline for a planned TESSD output for MC14 (_INF/TE/SSD/W/40 – to be issued) and propose a process for its further development. The annotated outline follows Members' discussion of a proposal by the Co-convenors (_INF/TE/SSD/RD/16) at the Plenary meeting on 4 December 2024 as well as informal consultations. This additional output aims to reach a broad audience of policymakers and stakeholders by illustrating the evolution of TESSD since its inception through to MC14, and consolidating the substance and key messages generated by TESSD on how trade and trade policy can support climate and environmental objectives.

3.2.  Exchange of views by Members, followed by Stakeholders, on the draft annotated outline and the further development of the output.
