The documents INF/MSME/W/57 and INF/TGE/COM/10 were incorrectly issued as separate documents rather than a joint proposal. This Corrigendum serves to cancel INF/MSME/W/57, which is now replaced by INF/MSME/W/58-INF/TGE/COM/11.
