COMMUNICATION FROM DJIBOUTI

The following communication, dated 3 August 2025, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Djibouti.

Djibouti hereby makes the following notification in accordance with Article 10.6.2 of the Trade Facilitation Agreement.

Article 10, paragraph 6.2

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 88 of the Customs Code of Djibouti, the use of customs brokers is not a mandatory measure for the customs administration of Djibouti.
