NOTIFICATION UNDER ARTICLE 10.4.3 OF THE

AGREEMENT ON TRADE FACILITATION

COMMUNICATION FROM THE KINGDOM OF ESWATINI

The following communication, dated 26 August 2025, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

Eswatini hereby makes the following notification based on Article 10.4.3 of the Agreement on Trade Facilitation.

Article 10, paragraph 4.3

Following the notification _G/TFA/N/SWZ/5/Rev.1 dated 12 October 2023 where Eswatini was notifying WTO Members on the arrangements concluded and progress made in the provision of technical assistance and capacity building support of category C provisions, in response to Article 16 of the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA), Eswatini would like to provide the following update on the implementation of Article 10.4 (Single Window).

•        A partial Single Window procedure was developed for managing import permits within ASYCUDA World.

•      Four border Agencies have been enrolled for the ASYCUDA World based permit control.

•      Work is still ongoing, to enroll the rest of the Agencies in the system.
