Following up on its notification of 22 August 2018 (G/TFA/N/GHA/1/Add.1), and in accordance with Articles 17.1(a), 17.1(b) [and 17.2 of the Trade Facilitation Agreement, Ghana hereby notifies extensions to the definitive dates for implementation of the following provisions.
