Notifications under Article 5 of the Agreement
on Preshipment Inspection
Addendum
Article 5 of the Agreement on Preshipment
Inspection provides that Members shall submit to the Secretariat copies of the
laws and regulations by which they put this Agreement into force, as well as
copies of any other laws and regulations relating to preshipment inspection,
when the WTO Agreement enters into force with respect to the Member
concerned. Changes in the laws and regulations relating to preshipment
inspection shall be notified to the Secretariat immediately after their
publication. The Secretariat shall inform the Members of the availability of
this information.

Since that last update, the following notification has been received:
