The following communication, dated 24 October 2022, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the United States.

The United States thanks China for its responses in G/PSI/Q/CHN/2 to the questions posed in G/PSI/Q/CHN/1.

As a follow-up to these responses, the United States would like to ask China to reply to the following requests:

1.     Please provide any measures that implement the application, registration, supervision, management or audit systems referenced in China's response to Question 1 in G/PSI/Q/CHN/2.

2.     Please provide a copy of GACC Announcement No. 127 of 2020, which is referenced in China's response to Question 2 in G/PSI/Q/CHN/2

3.     Please provide a more specific weblink or the list itself of registered PSI institutions. What is the percentage of registered foreign PSI institutions compared to the total number of PSI institutions?
