NEW ZEALAND
Revised Conditional Offer
The following revised services offer has been received from the delegation of New Zealand on 10 June 2005 with the request that it be circulated to Members of the Council for Trade in Services.

New Zealand submits herewith its revised services offer as part of the negotiations on trade in services. The principles and objectives underlying New Zealand’s overall approach to the WTO services negotiations under the GATS, and to the preparation of this offer, remain those outlined in New Zealand’s initial offer contained in TN/S/O/NZL.
In particular, New Zealand’s revised conditional offer is submitted on the basis that GATS Article I.3 allows for a government to provide, regulate or fund (including through subsidisation) public services such as public ed
