Notification of a Mutually Agreed Solution

The following communication, dated 11 August 2023, from the delegation of Australia and the delegation of China to the Chairperson of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated pursuant to Article 3.6 of the DSU.

In accordance with Article 3.6 of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes ("DSU"), Australia and China wish to notify the WTO Dispute Settlement Body ("DSB") that they have reached a mutually agreed solution to the matter raised by Australia in China – Anti-dumping and countervailing duty measures on barley from Australia (WT/DS598).

We would ask you to circulate this notification to the relevant Councils and Committees, as well as to the DSB.
