2002 changes in the harmonized system
Submission of Documentation
Schedule XCII – Czech Republic
The following communication, dated 29 April 2002, has been received from the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic.

As already stated, the Czech Republic has introduced the changes resulting from the Harmonized System 2002 in its Customs tariff and applies them as from 1 January 2002.
In view of the procedure with regard to the changes to schedules of concessions adopted by the General Council on 18 July 2001 (WT/L/407), I am pleased hereby submit required documentation.
The schedule of the Czech republic does not contain any ODCs. Therefore heading of column 10 in Annex 1 was removed and replaced by the heading "Special Safeguard".
