        The following communication, dated 13 February 2012, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of Costa Rica.

        As part of the NTM Work Programme and the EMC/EMI Pilot Project, and on behalf of the Government of Costa Rica, I would like to submit the responses to the EMC/EMI survey contained in document G/IT/22.
