Brief description of the notified legal text

"Basic Policy on Promoting Green Procurement” (hereinafter referred as "Basic Policy)" was adopted at a cabinet meeting in February 2001 based on the "Act on Promotion of Procurement of Eco-Friendly Goods and Services by the State and Other Entities" which went into effect in January 2001.

On 28 January 2025, amendment concerning designated procurement items under the Basic Policy including additions of common evaluation criteria and 1 item, and revision of individual evaluation criteria for 43 items, was adopted at a cabinet meeting.
