WRITTEN NOTICE FROM BARBADOS

The following communication, dated 6 October 2025, has been received from the delegation of Barbados with the request that it be circulated to the Committee on Government Procurement.

Barbados recalls that, pursuant to Article XXI:4 of the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) of 2012, any WTO Member that is not a Party to the Agreement shall be entitled to participate in the Committee as an observer by submitting a written notice to the Committee.

Against this background, Barbados hereby transmits to the WTO Committee on Government Procurement the notification required for Barbados to participate in the Committee's work as an observer.
