WRITTEN NOTICE FROM GUATEMALA

The following written notice, dated 13 June 2025, has been received from the delegation of Guatemala, with the request that it be circulated to the Committee on Government Procurement.

Guatemala recalls that, pursuant to Article XXI:4 of the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) of 2012, any WTO Member that is not a Party to the Agreement shall be entitled to participate in the Committee as an observer by submitting a written notice to the Committee.

Against this background, Guatemala hereby transmits to the WTO Committee on Government Procurement the notification required for Guatemala to participate in the Committee's work as an observer.

I avail myself of the opportunity to renew to the Committee and the GPA Parties the assurance of my highest consideration.
